Lisa M. Carr, is the Clinical Director/ CEO and is a Licensed, Board Certified Behavior Analyst in both New Jersey and Arizona, with more than 25 years experience in the field of ABA, Behavior, and Special Education. 

Lisa obtained her BCBA certification from Florida Institute of Technology, holds an M.A. in Special Education from New Jersey City University, a TOH certification in New Jersey, and a B.A. from Seton Hall University. 

Her areas of specialty include ASD, ADD/ADHD, OCD, social and life skills training, as well as a variety of parenting support services.

ABA STEPS employs highly qualified, therapeutic professionals such as BCBAs, Regional Supervisors, RBTs, Social/ Life Skills Coaches, and partners with other specialists, such as OTs, PTs, and SLPs and talented music therapists.
